RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS

All cancelations must be received within 24
hours of placing orders.

Once orders are place they are processed
immediately for shipping.

If an order has left our warehouse it cannot be
cancelled.

Accepted cancellations are subject to a $5.00
processing fee.
RETURNS
-
Due to strict health regulations we cannot
accept return for intimately worn items such as panties, thongs, g-strings,
teddies, bras and bikinis or any items that have one of these components.

We will accept returns for any item that arrives
damaged or was shipped incorrectly.
Note: We cannot be held
responsible for damages caused by customer error or mishandling. We must be
notified within 7 Days of package receipt of any problems.

All items must be returned in original
packaging.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping
costs.

We are not responsible for returned uninsured
packages that are lost in transit.

ALL
RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We reserve the right to determine if an item
is returnable.

All returns must be pre-approved. . Upon
approval we will issue RA #. This number
must be clearly marked on the outside of the package to insure prompt handling
of either your refund or exchange.

In the case of a refund we will refund cost
minus original shipping fee.

If your package is
returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

1. Refused by Recipient

2. Unclaimed

3. Invalid Address

4. Addressee Not Known

5. Insufficient Address

Your order will be cancelled and subjected to a 25% restocking
fee.

These fees will be deducted before any refund is given.
